Samantha Elliott

Registered Manager, Oakwood House & Chatsworth Avenue

“I am a Registered Manager at ForeverCare and have dedicated my career to supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes. With over 14 years of experience in health and social care, I have worked in a variety of leadership roles, including Deputy Manager within a homeless service for young people aged 16–25 and Registered Manager of a Children and Families Service supporting young people with complex emotional, developmental, and behavioural needs. I am passionate about creating safe, supportive, and nurturing environments where young people feel valued, listened to, and empowered to reach their full potential. I believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive, and I am committed to leading a team that delivers high-quality, person-centred care built on trust, respect, and compassion. My qualifications include an HNC in Social Services (SQA Level 7), a PDA in Supervision (SQA Level 8), and an SVQ in Children and Young People (SQA Level 9/10). I have also completed a wide range of continuing professional development courses focused on the care and support of children and young people. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, following football, and being around animals. I believe these interests help me maintain a positive work-life balance and reflect the values of teamwork, dedication, and care that I bring to my role every day.”
